As a Lifestyle 55+ Master and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) my goal is to help Seniors make their decisions about their future housing by choice rather then by circumstances. I am uniquely qualified to assist the 55+ market in housing sales and purchases by having additional education and experience helping seniors and their families with later-in-life real estate transactions.  I also draw upon the expertise of a network of exceptional specialists that include estate planners, accountants, elder-care lawyers, aging in place contractors and others who are familiar with local community resources and services. I work with seniors and their families as they navigate the maze of financial, legal and emotional issues that accompany the sale of a home and assist Boomers in relocating to the home of their future.  In some cases, Seniors may make the choice to stay put and a move is not in the foreseeable future for them - that's OK too.

According to the 2021 census by Statistics Canada, the baby boomer generation, or those between the ages of 56 and 75 is the largest population in Canada at almost 25 per cent. In Halton older adults aged 65 and over make up 16 per cent of the population. Burlington skews at 20.9 per cent compared to Oakville at 15.7 per cent, Halton Hills' 15 per cent and Milton at 9.9 per cent.
